Before the First Criminal Circuit Judge in Bogotá hearing the case (Juez de Conocimiento), the Delegate Attorney General’s Office before the Supreme Court of Justice brought to trial the former president of Bogotá City Council (Concejo de Bogotá) Orlando Parada Díaz, who according to the indictment, he profited from committing improper exercise of undue influence and bribery in the quality of public servant.
