Twelve alleged members of the Ninth FARC´s Front were arrested by CTI members ( Criminal Investigation Team)

At the request of the 12 Regional Prosecutor´s Office,  a  preventive detention order with imprisonment was issued by the fifth Municipal Criminal Court in Manizales (Caldas) with supervisory functions (Control de Garantias) against twelve persons for  the offenses of rebellion and for being members of  the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia FARC. This proceeding was carried out in the framework of  the so called Operation Temis conducted by the CTI Judicial Police in Caldas with support of the National Army.
