A preventive detention order was issued against people charged with a crime of aggravated drug trafficking and aggravated conspiracy

A preventive detention order was issued against Víctor Eduardo Hernández Ramírez, Jhonnys Maturana Rojano and Yorlys Torres Martínez for aggravated drug trafficking and aggravated conspiracy.

A supervisory judge (Juez de Control de Garantías) in Bolivar approved the arguments of the 33^rd Attorney General´s Office belonging to the Specialized National Directorate on Anti-narcotics and Money Laundering located in Bolivar. He based his decision on the existence of videos proving that the prosecuted individuals  are involved in the transport and delivery of cocaine from Cartagena´s port to Spain.
