At the request of a prosecutor, the Third Municipal Criminal Court in Medellin with supervisory functions issued a preventive detention order with imprisonment against Jairo Alberto Pérez Jaraba for being in possession of drugs.
Last Sunday, at the so-called farm El Capullo, rural area of El Parajito neighborhood Pérez Jaraba, a 22 years old man, was arrested by the National Police authorities who arrived in order to inform the owner of the property about an assets seizure process “Extinción de Dominio). The defendant was arrested in flagrant when he was trying to hide 44 kilos of marihuana and 500 grams of cocaine in the henhouse of the farm.
