A preventive detention order was issued against three people for qualified theft in Barranquilla (Atlántico)

At request of the Attorney General Office, a  preventive detention order with imprisonment was issued against Alvaro Manuel Poveda Montero,  Ulicer Enrique Orozco Montt  and Gabriel Cabarcas Narváez  for a qualified theft offense in Barranquilla (Atlántico).
