The former Secretary of Mobility, Juan Carlos Ramos Agudelo, the Administrative Deputy Director, William Quintero; Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs, Gloria Bohórquez, and the Legal Advisor of the mentioned Secretary, Alexánder Rincón were summoned by the Attorney General Office for a preliminary investigation for an alleged corruption offense in contracts amounted to $ 600 billion related to the extension of the system of mobility in Bogota.
The above mentioned people, said Deputy Attorney General, Jorge Fernando Perdomo, will have to explain some contractual transactions concerning the aforementioned extension as the investigation conducted by the Attorney General Office tries to establish whether the principles of transparency, economy and impartiality were violated in this case.
They will also have to give an explanation about the adjudication, settlement, and discharge of a contract to use LED technology at traffick lights in Bogota for an amount 6 billion pesos.
