Cristina Omaira Suárez Erazo, former manager of the illegal fund-raising company DRFE in Nariño and cousin of Carlos Alfredo Suarez, brain of the company, was convicted to 18 years in prison.
The First Specialized Judge in Ibague sentenced on first instance Suarez Erazo to pay 12.000 statutory minimum wages fine and also ordered her arrest pursuant to a request of the 32nd and 10th Prosecutor´s Offices belonging to the National Directorate specialized in Antinarcotics and Money Laundering.
