Members from CTI in Bogotá and the Operational Group for Detentions carried out 15 arrests on the election day.
Jose Saúl Ramírez Pinto was arrested in the village of Suba for the offense of violent sexual intercourse with a 14 years old child, pursuant to a detention order issued by the 10 Criminal Court from the Circuit which was still in force. On 16th and avenue 51st street, Richard Steweard Noguera Forero was also arrested for the offense of failure to pay legal child support obligations according to an order issued by 21st criminal judge in Bogotá, acting as a presiding judge.
