A preventive detention order with home confinement was issued against three people for a rebellion offense

A preventive detention order with home confinement in Cali (Valle del Cauca) was issued against three people who were found by the authorities in possession of FARC subversive advertising material.

The decision was taken by the 18^th Municipal Criminal Court, with supervisory functions,  at request of the 93 Prosecutor´s Office from an URI* in Valle del Cauca, during preliminary hearings held last weekend.

*URI (Unidades de Reacción Inmediata) These units offer constant service to public making easier the access to law enforcement. The units give a timely answer to the community needs.
