A municipal criminal judge in Barranquilla, acting as a supervisory judge, issued a preventive detention order against 8 alleged members of the criminal organization Los Rastrojos as it is believed that they have operated in the municipalities of Luruaco, Repelón and Sabanalarga (Atlántico).
On these facts, the delegate prosecutor charged them with the crime of aggravated conspiracy, trafficking, manufacture or possession of drugs, manufacture, trafficking and possession of firearms or ammunition among other crimes.
