The Attorney General, Eduardo Montealegre Lynett, asked the National Penitentiary Center (Inpec) for special measures of protection concerning  Andrés Fernando Sepúlveda Ardila, taking into account his level of risk.

In a letter, the Attorney General suggested the Inpec Director, Saul Torres Mojica, to consider the possibility of sending Sepúlveda to a special pavilion where his safety is not at risk.

The Attorney General also emphasized the security of the before mentioned citizen as he was moved from the Attorney General Office bunker to the penitentiary center La Picota in the south area of Bogotá on June 12.

Andres Fernando Sepulveda is being investigated for having intercepted communications of the delegates for peace talks in Habana (Cuba) and was charged with the alleged offenses of aggravated conspiracy, abusive access to an aggravated computer system, use of a virus, violation of personal information and espionage.
