A supervisory judge from Quibdó (Chocó) issued a preventive detention order with imprisonment against Carlos Arturo Perea Orejuela, court cleck of the 1st Civil Court for alleged irregularities that led to a loss of $ 204 000 000 pesos.
The money was removed in 2012 by inappropriate use of garnishee orders.
