A preventive detention order was issued against a Venezuelan and a Colombian citizen as they were in possession of 37 kilos of cocaine

A preventive detention order in a prison center was issued by the 34^th Municipal Criminal Judge in Bogota, acting as a supervisory judge, against Franklin Arley Franco Guerrero and Jose Leonardo Di’Biasi Guayaban as they are the alleged responsible for the crime of trafficking, manufacturing or possession of drugs.

The 17th Prosecutor Office belonging to the National Directorate of the Prosecutor Offices specialized in Antinarcotics and Money Laundering who conducted the investigation stated that these people were detained in flagrante on may 23 while they were transporting 37 packages of alkaloid in a private vehicle at San Luis neighborhood in Bogota.

At the hearing, none of the defendants agreed to plead guilty to all the charges against them. Meanwhile, the judge legalized the confiscation of the vehicle.
