The case against Brandon Steven Munar Camacho who allegedly participated in the homicide of Juan Guillermo Gómez Ospina, a 22 years old lawyer and a grant holder at Harvard (United States) is moving forward. The authority who knows  about the case is the 35 Criminal Municipal Judge of the Circuit of Bogota who acts  as Presiding Judge.

A witness summoned to appear at the hearing, has stated that several people identified four young men with  the same features, body type, color , height and clothing as Munar Camacho wore before the lawyer´s death on June 17, 2012 in the north area of Bogotá when the latter objected to the theft of his phone.

If convicted, the defendant will be responsible for the crimes of aggravated homicide with qualified theft and aggravated, as he involved a minor.

John Alejandro Puerto who pleaded guilty was sentenced to 44 years in prison for the same offenses.
