34 assets declared by alias “El Tuso Sierra” could be intended to compensate victims

Five (5) of the ten (10) assets that Juan Carlos Sierra, alias El Tuso Sierra, Financial Head of the  Heroes de  Granada Block belonging to the Self Defence Forces of Colombia (AUC), offered in 2011 to compensate victims, were seized  by order of the Justice and Peace Magistrate as a precautionary measure.
