The 70 Criminal Court of Bogotá with guarantees control functions welcomed the request of the Attorney General’s Office and denied bail to Claudia Jaramillo, Javier Tomas Villadiego and Carlos Neira, involved in the process by the bankruptcy of Interbolsa.
