Starting tomorrow the 41 Attorney Office of the national unit of Justice and peace will begin hearing of imputation formulation and imposition of assurance measure before the Superior Court of Bucaramanga against 47 principles belonging to the Bloque Central Bolivar (BCB).
Among the principles that will make presence are Rodrigo Pérez Alzate and Iván Roberto Duque, military and political commanders from the BCB, who will have to answer for 195 criminal acts perpetrated in the Department of Santander in the municipalities of Barrancabermeja and Sabana de Torres, that occurred between 1999 and 2006.
The accusing entity fall charges for murder, forced disappearance, kidnapping, extortion, illegal possession of arms and forced displacement, among others.
The diligence that starts tomorrow at 8:00 am will be extended until next week.
