31 criminal Municipal judge of Bogota with guarantee control function endorsed the principle of opportunity that the Attorney-General´s office conceded to the goods former settlement of the National Narcotics Directorate (DNE), Camilo Bula Galeano, who is being investigated on charges of procedural fraud, public and private document falsification, action and omission malfeasance and conspiracy to commit a crime.
