To 40 years in prison was convicted of the Farc Secretariat, homicides by protected persons, terrorism and rebellion against famers who were In Puerto Rico (Meta) wharf, when the guerrillas detonated an explosive device.

The 4th Criminal Court of the Specialized Circuit of Villavicencio, based on the research of the National Human Rights  unity, condemned members to FARC Secretariat member and General Staff of the Eastern Bloc, including: Pedro Antonio Marin, Noel Mata Mata, Rodrigo Londoño Echeverry, Luciano Marin Arango, Henry Castellanos Garzon Géner Garcia Molina, Luis Eduardo Lopez Mendez, Jaime Aguilar Ramirez, Marcelino Trujillo Bustos, Gerardo Antonio Aguilar Ramirez, Tomas Medina Caracas Cotrino Jaime Diaz, Elmer Cabiedes Mata, José Manuel Sierra Sabogal or José  Quechua Sabogal and Angel Oviedo Yara o  Hugo Sabogal.

The judge in his decision acquitted William Manjarres reales, arguing that not showed to have influence on the command line of the General staff of the Eastern block of the FARC.

According to the report submitted by the authorities to Villavicencio judge, when the canoe arrived to the spring, members of the army proceeded to make a requisition both boat passengers and their luggage, then several loaders proceeded down boxes, one of them, which had been camouflaged explosive, was manipulated by a child who lost his life along with his stepfather when it detonated.

According to the judge: “we can´t say that the fact that Pedro Antonio Marín and his comrades of cause not made the Executive acts of of the terrorist act that we are discussing today, we should exempt them from responsibility, when is known and is public knowledge, monitoring and guidelines given to them the superiors to subordinates of criminal activity which must answer for such crime den consequential authors grade”

In the sentence the guerrilla members also were condemned to pay six thousand four hundred forty monthly legal minimum wages in force

In its judgment the guerrillas also were ordered to pay a fine of six thousand 440 legal monthly minimum wage.
