The 16 Criminal Judge in Bogotá, with supervisory functions, issued a preventive detention order against Graciela Vergara Bautista, who was charged with the offense of rebellion.
The Prosecutor in charge of the case said that the alleged guerrilla member, supplied food, medicines and other items to the 51st and 53rd Farc fronts operating in the eastern part of the capital of the country by means of a fictitious store in the rural area of Nazareth, Sumapaz locality at south of Bogota (Colombia).
After a search procedure at the store called La Morenaza, it has been established that the woman supplied items to the head of 53rd Farc Front, alias Giovanny or El Diablo.
During the hearing, the woman did not accept the offense and she was sent to El Buen Pastor prison.
