The 2° Criminal Court of the Specialized Circuit of Cordoba sentenced Luis Alfonso Martínez Arrieta, alias Lucho, to 424 months in prison and a fine of 675 current minimum legal salary (smlmv) for the offenses of aggravated murder in conjunction with conspiracy to commit aggravated illegal actions.
The judgment said that Arrieta Martínez belonged to the criminal gang Las Aguilas Negras, who was responsible for the commission of crimes in the municipalities of the Department of Córdoba.
The convicted person is imprisoned in Las Mercedes prison in Monteria.
