The minor who would have set up the Lapa bomb with which the life of the former Minister of the Interior Fernando Londoño was attacked accepted charges of aggravated homicide, attempted homicide, personal injuries, terrorism and conspiracy to commit crimes.

Before the 3rd Court of Childhood and Adolescence in Bogotá, the minor accepted his participation in these facts. The young man had been subject to a measure of preventive detention by a juvenile judge last August 30.

The terrorist attack against former Minister Londoño happened on May 15, 2013 on 74 Street and Caracas Avenue, in the North of Bogota, when a bomb was attached to the armored van where Londoño was transported. That day two people were killed and 48 injured.
