The Third Criminal Municipal Roving Court in Antioquia, acting as Supervising Court, was agreed to the prosecutor’s office request and imposed a Preventive Detention Order against Ramiro Antonio Alberto Pérez Castro, alias “Cáscara” for allegedly having taken part in the armed raid which 10 peasants lost their lives in Santa Rosa de Osos town – Antioquia, last November 7.
Pérez Castro was preventive detained as alleged responsible for the offences of aggravated homicide in consistent sequence of serial crime, attempted aggravated homicide, aggravated conspiracy to commit crimes, terrorism, and aggravated carrying illegal firearms for civil and military use.
Jorge Arley Sepulveda Torres, former ringleader of “Los Rastrojos” gang, probable individual how decided the crime and Oscar Darío Barrientos, alias “Caracho”, Esneider Evelio Hernández Madrigal, alias “Manco”, and Jean Carlos Martínez Genez, alias Daniel who were the alleged perpetrators, are already preventive detained for the same facts.
The arrest of the now prosecuted was the result of a joint work between the Prosecutor’s Office and the Technical Investigation Team (CTI) in its regional office in Medellin and the national police
