In the Center of Services – Judicial Complex of Paloquemao, the Prosecutor’s Office 11 of Life has filed the indictment against Carlos Cárdenas, as alleged perpetrator of aggravated homicide and bribery, during the course of criminal prosecution for the death of the university student Luis Andrés Colmenares Escobar, on October 31, 2010 in Bogotá.
In the next few hours, said Service Center will appoint a Presiding Judge, who will schedule the pressing charges hearing.
