The Town Mixed Jurisdiction Court in San Agustin (Huila), acting as Supervisory Court has given a remand in custody against Tobias Córdoba Gaviria, alias “The Indian Córdoba from Perú” for his alleged responsibility of abusive carnal knowledge with a person incapable to resist.
Investigative duties established that last 27 of August in Pitalito (Huila), where the current defendant practiced homeopathic and botanical naturist medicine, allegedly abused sexually to one of his patients, 20 years, after losing consciousness when he rubbed a gel.
Córdoba Gaviria, 67 years, was apprehended on August 31 by Technical Investigation Team agents (CTI) during a search and registration proceedings carried out in his office, where 40 bottles of natural medicine and medicinal products for institutional use were seized.
Alias “The Indian Córdoba from Peru” is in custody in San Agustín Judicial Circuit jail.
