Alias Lupito, Guillermo or Morado has been arrested by Technical Corps of Investigation agents CTI, in coordination with the National Army for a terrorist attack against electric infraestructure which interrupted the service in Buenaventura town (Valle del Cauca), last weekend.
In accordance with CTI, alias Lupito, 22 years old, form part of the Farc urban front “Manuel Cepeda Vargas” and he could be the individual in charge of the transportation of food, fuel, war material and another items to supply to the armed estructure mentioned. The arrest was carried out in a health facility in this seaport in the Pacific Ocean.
Next hours, the prosecutor in charge of the case will make appear the defendad before a Supervisory Judge in order to have a hearing of arrest legalization, bring an indicment and request a preventive detention measure.
Another four allegedly guerrilla men are also involved in to the investigation for the same facts.
