By request of Attorney General Office, the Judge of Mixed Jurisdiction in Neira (Caldas), acting as supervisory judge, announced preventive detention in an imprisonment center against José Fernando Arango Franco y Félix Alberto Rosero Suárez for their alleged responsibility in the offence of kidnapping, aggravated robbery, illegal possession of firearms.
The facts, as regards the investigation, happened on August 22nd, 2010 in a farm located in the district of El Guineo in Neira (Caldas), where four armed individuals came in, threatened and retained the family that administered the farm while they stole several items.
At this moment, the defendants apprehended by agents of Gaula were not agreed to accept the charges lodged by the Attorney General Office and they are deprived of their freedom in Manizales District prison.
