Attorney General between 1994 and 1997
While he was exercising his period, he enlarged the physical infrastructure of the Office of the Attorney General, and the National Unit of Human Rights and Money Laundering were established.
Besides, he increased the staff and began the investigation concerning the so called process “Proceso 8000”, in which public life personalities of Colombia were tied due to their links to the Cali cartel.
