People allegedly responsible for drug trafficking and illegal posession of firearms in Fresno (Tolima) were sent to prison
One of the detainees had a laboratory for growing and processing cannabis at his home.
The Office of the Attorney General brought three individuals before ajudge for their participation in local drug trafficking and other criminal activities in Fresno (Tolima).
A prosecutor charged them, based on their individual responsibilities, with manufacturing, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition; drug trafficking, manufacturing, or possession; and conservation or financing of plantations. They did not plead guilty.
The individuals are Brayan Stiven López, alias Pony; Yordan Rafael Moreno Padilla; and Christian Samir Acosta Corona who were arrested during A search warrant conducted by the National Police at various locations in the municipality. A revolver, six cartridges, and 35 doses of cocaine hydrochloride prepared for sale were seized.
Moreover, 24 marijuana plants, fertilizers, solar panels, clothing, and items used for processing, dosing, and packaging were seized. They did not have a license issued by the Ministry of Justice and Law for cultivation.
At the end of the preliminary hearings, all of them were sent to prison.
