At the request of the Office of the Attorney General, Brallan Eduardo Orosco Santos was sent to prison for his alleged participation in the murder of a man in Ibagué (Tolima). 

In this regard, a prosecutor charged him with aggravated homicide and manufacture, trafficking, and illegal possession of firearms, parts, or ammunition. 

The facts under investigation took place on March 20, 2024, in a residence located in Carmen neighborhood (lower area) in a sector known as El Hueco, where Orosco Santos, along with two other men, allegedly attacked the victim with a firearm. 

They later fled the scene and changed their clothing to evade authorities. The victim was taken to a medical center but he died due to the severity of his injuries. 

Orosco Santos was arrested in Girardot (Cundinamarca) by National Police by virtue of a court order.
