The Office of the Attorney General prosecuted Juan Pablo Manco Manco, alias ‘El Paisa’, and Sebastián Camilo Manco Martínez, alias ‘Mou’, who, based on their alleged participation, were charged with aggravated homicide and aggravated manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition. 

The proceedings were carried out during a search warrant conducted by Sijín of the National Police at a residence in Santa Clara neighborhood in Ocaña (Norte de Santander) on October 10. 

During the operation, authorities seized a 9 mm caliber pistol, a magazine, 18 cartridges of the same caliber, and two cell phones. 

According to the investigation led by the Attorney General’s Office, Juan Pablo Manco Manco allegedly participated in the homicide of a man that took place on May 4 in Ocaña by using a firearm. 

During the preliminary hearings, the defendants did not plead guilty to the charges. According to a decision of the a judge, they must serve a prison sentence.
