The Attorney General’s Office brought Andrés Felipe Pinzón, an alleged member of the criminal group known as ‘Los Piquiña,’ before a judge. He is allegedly involved in local drug trafficking in El Colegio (Cundinamarca).

In this regard, a prosecutor from the Support Structure (Estructura de Apoyo EDA) of the branch office in Cundinamarca (Seccional Cundinamarca) charged him with aggravated conspiracy to commit a crime and; drug trafficking, manufacturing, or possession of drugs.

The investigation determined that the criminal group was engaged in the distribution and sale of drugs, through home delivery or fixed locations, near the transportation terminal, the main park, and in Barranquilla neighborhood of the municipality.

The defendant did not plead guilty to the charges and a judge ordered him to serve a prison sentence.
