At the request of the Attorney General’s Office, a judge imposed a prison sentence on Yuver Andrés Carvajal Herrera, alias Yogui, and Andrés Felipe Albarracín Trujillo, alias Mordelón, for their alleged participation in the murder of a person in Ricaurte (Cundinamarca).
In this regard, a prosecutor charged them with aggravated homicide and manufacturing, trafficking, or possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition. The defendants did not plead guilty to the charges.
On November 3, 2024, the victim was spending time with friends in a public establishment in the Villa Carolina neighborhood. At that moment, the defendants arrived at the scene, with whom he argued, and in an act of intolerance, they allegedly shot him several times, causing his death.
Carvajal Herrera and Albarracín Trujillo were arrested on March 5 in a municipal parking lot by virtue of a court order.
