At the request of the Attorney General’s Office, a judge imposed a prison sentence against Jhonatan Estiven Guerra Tabares, allegedly responsible for the crime of attempted aggravated homicide.

According to the investigation, the facts took place on February 28, in Circasia (Quindío) in which Guerra Tabares, in an act of intolerance, allegedly attacked the victim with a sharp weapon in the chest.

Guerra Tabares was arrested in flagrante by the surveillance police. He did not plead guilty to the charges brought by a prosecutor from the Immediate Reaction Unit (Unidad de Reacción Inmediata URI).
