The Attorney General’s Office brought José Alejandro Calderón, Jully Janeth Ramos Malpica and Mary Luz Malpica López before a judge since they are allegedly responsible for the crime of trafficking, manufacturing or possession of narcotics.

The judge imposed a prison sentence on the defendants, who, apparently, stored and sold narcotics in the sector known as La Resistencia, in Yopal (Casanare).

The man and the two women were arrested by the National Police and were found in possession of cocaine base, cocaine hydrochloride, marijuana, elements for preparing doses, 31 cell phones, bicycles, 3 laptops, two traumatic pistols, among others.

The defendants did not plead guilty to the charges that were brought by a prosecutor appointed to the branch office in Casanare (Seccional de Casanare).
