A judge approved the Office of the Attorney General’s arguments and imposed a measure of deprivation of liberty against Jonathan Alexis Mora Noguera, alias Puma, allegedly involved in a homicide that took place on March 30 in Antonia Santos neighborhood in Cúcuta (Norte de Santander).
For these events, the Office of the Attorney General charged ‘Puma’ as allegedly responsible for aggravated homicide and manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition.
According to the investigation, on the day of the facts, the defendant got off the rear seat of a motorcycle with the intention of attacking the victim with a firearm, who died on the scene.
Mora Noguera was arrested on October 4 by the National Police on the road that connects the municipalities of Pradera and Palmira in Valle del Cauca. During the hearings, the defendant did not plead guilty to the charges and he was sent to prison.
