Members of the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI), with the support of the National Police, arrested Miller Steven Cardona Agudelo in the so-called Marroquín neighborhood of Cali, who was wanted to serve a sentence of 6 years and 7 months in prison for the attempted murder on March 14, 2020, in Cali (Valle del Cauca).
A prosecutor appointed to the Sectional Office in Valle del Cauca charged the defendant with attempted murder and manufacture, trafficking, possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition.
The Prosecutor’s Office demonstrated that the now convicted person attacked a man with a firearm for not greeting him. The victim was transferred to a medical center, where he survived.
On January 30, the judge revoked the house arrest measure for Cardona Agudelo and ordered him to serve a prison sentence without benefits.
