The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Jhon Geiner Galván Ascanio, Carlos Calevyn Quintero Hernández and Gustavo Galván Obregón, for their alleged responsibility in the transportation of narcotics on the road that leads from Ábrego to Ocaña (Norte de Santander).

A prosecutor appointed to the Sectional Office in Norte de Santander charged them with trafficking, manufacture or possession of narcotics and illegal destination of personal property or real estate.

The facts took place on September 14th at a National Army checkpoint, where a vehicle in which the defendants were traveling was inspected. 17 kilos and 100 grams of cocaine were found hidden inside the cabin of the truck.

likewise, during the operation, more than 9 million pesos, cell phones and the vehicle in which they were traveling were also seized.

The defendants did not take responsibility for the facts under investigation, and a judge sent them to prison.
