After approving the evidence presented by the Attorney General’s Office, a judge in Buga sent Ronald Pereira Landázuri to prison. He is the alleged perpetrator of the murder of a 28-year-old man which took place on February 10.
According to the investigation, the defendant was the one who allegedly shot the victim four times when he was downtown Buga. For this fact, the suspect was charged as possibly responsible for aggravated homicide and illegal possession of firearms.
Members of the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) and the National Police arrested Pereira Landázuri on September 6 in Fuenmayor park, by virtue of a court order.
The defendant did not plead guilty to the charges brought by the Office of the Attorney General.
