13 vehicles that would be in the name of members of the illegal organization were seized

The Attorney General’s Office identified assets that were allegedly acquired by members of a structure of the criminal group ‘Los Pachelly’ or used to extort merchants and transporters in Bello, San Félix, San Pedro de los Milagros and other municipalities of Antioquia.

According to the evidence, 13 vehicles were obtained in a short time and during the period in which the criminal organization was carrying out its illegal activities since 2017.

In this regard, a prosecutor from the Directorate on Assets Forfeiture imposed precautionary measures such as suspension of power to alienate a property and seizure processes which were carried out by SIJIN of the Police Department in Antioquia during operations.

Preliminary figures indicate that the vehicles, which included a dump truck, a van, motorcycles and cars, could exceed 500 million COP.

The so-called Sociedad de Activos Especiales – SAE (Special Assets Society)  will assume the management of the seized vehicles.
