Preventive detention measures in prison were issued against two men who would be involved in the death of three people in Cartagena.
The first incident took place on January 1st in a public establishment located in Olaya Herrera neighborhood where Camilo Andrés Puello Villarreal, 19, shot a man, causing his death. The alleged aggressor fled on a motorcycle and was arrested by the Technical Investigative Corps on June 24th .
Wilfredo Enrique González González, 25, was prosecuted for two crimes by the Office of the Attorney General. This person would be responsible for shooting two men from a motorcycle in Los Caracoles neighborhood on June 26. One of the victims was a foreign citizen, 33, and his companion, 31. González was arrested by National Police.
The Prosecutor’s Office charged the defendants, according to their alleged individual responsibilities, with aggravated homicide and manufacturing, trafficking or possession of a firearm. They did not plead guilty to the charges.
The defendants must serve their sentence at San Sebastián Ternera prison in Cartagena.
