The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted four alleged members of the criminal group ‘Los Bloque’, responsible for selling narcotics in parks and near schools in neighborhoods such as Los Canelo, Mutis, Monteredondo, Gran Ladera, San Gerardo, Ciudad Bolívar, Los Almendros, Condoncillo I and II, ‘comunas’ 7 and 8 in Bucaramanga.
People involved are Camilo Andrés Oviedo, Jason Johan Rincón Uribe, Daniela Jaimes Rangel and Andrés Felipe Valbuena who were arrested in coordinated actions between the Prosecutor’s Office, the Police and the National Army.
The defendants were charged with aggravated criminal conspiracy and trafficking, manufacturing or possession of narcotics. They did not plead guilty to the charges.
A judge imposed a prison sentence against Oviedo and Rincón Uribe. The other two people must serve house arrest.
