At the request of the Attorney General’s Office, a judge imposed a prison sentence against foreign citizens Giorge José Moreno Bolívar and Luis Alfonzo Aguilar Mora, 23 and 19, respectively, who are alleged responsible for a homicide.

The crime took place on January 5 of this year in the residential sector of Puerto López (Meta), when the 18-year-old victim and a friend were heading for their residences on public road of Gaitán neighborhood.

On the way, they were approached by foreigners, who attacked them with a sharp weapon and stole their belongings.

The victim suffered fatal injuries that finally caused his death in a hospital on January 27th

After their identification, the alleged perpetrators were arrested by the National Police.

A prosecutor from the so-called Unidad de Vida Meta charged them with aggravated homicide and aggravated robbery. They did not plead guilty.
