Conclusive evidence that was collected by the Attorney General’s Office allowed a judge to impose a detention measure in prison against Elberth Solís Solís, alias Mono; Wilmary Gabriela Orellana Oropeza, alias La Mona; and Jhon Edwar Bravo Perlaza, alias Machete, for their alleged link to the so-called Rafael Aguilera structure of FARC dissidents.

According to the investigation, the defendants would be involved in the murder of two people that took place on December 23 in the Puerto Cali neighborhood in Guapi (Cauca).

Investigations allowed a judge to issue an arrest warrant against alias Mono and alias Machete, which was carried out by Police officers and the National Navy.

During the judicial proceedings, Wilmary Gabriela Orellana Oropeza, alias La Mona, was arrested and a pistol, suppliers, 9-millimeter cartridges, a laptop, a satelital scanner, cell phones and invoices related to alleged extortion payments to Guapi merchants were seized.

A prosecutor from the Sectional Office in Cauca charged Solís Solís and Bravo Perlaza as alleged co-authors of homicide and Orellana was charged with manufacture, trafficking and possession of firearms, accessories, parts and ammunition.
