Miguel Ángel Valencia Valencia, alias Chacorta, was charged by a sectional prosecutor as the alleged perpetrator of manufacturing, trafficking and possession of firearms, accessories, parts and ammunition.

This person, alleged leader of the so-called Los Espartanos faction in Comuna 11 was arrested in flagrante delicto by CTI and Gaula- Army in a home located at Antonio Nariño neighborhood, where a 9-millimeter pistol, ammunition with the same caliber, two empty suppliers and four cell phones were seized.

When he was asked to show the documents of firearm-bearing, alias Chacorta stated that he did not have them, so the rights of an arrested person were read by officers, and he was transferred to the URI where he was investigated by a prosecutor.

According to the investigation, the alleged leader of the criminal structure is on the list of the most wanted by the Police in Buenaventura and faces two criminal proceedings for homicide.

After approving the indictment, a prison sentence against Miguel Ángel Valencia was issued by a judge.
