In hearings, the Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Carlos Antonio Londoño Revelo, alias Pollo, who allegedly murdered a the member of the National Penitentiary (Inpec), Jonathan Enrique Riveros González, which occurred in the municipality of Rivera (Huila).
The facts under investigation took place in March 2019. The victim was near the prison, where he, apparently, was attacked by the defendant who shot him several times, causing his death.
Alias Pollo was notified in prison due to the murder of the Inpec officer, where he currently remains for other crimes. On this occasion, the Prosecutor’s Office charged him with aggravated homicide and manufacture, trafficking and possession of firearms but he did not plead guilty.
According to the judge, the man must continue in prison.
