The investigations carried out by a prosecutor from the Sectional Office in Casanare were conclusive for a judge to sentence Jessica Tatiana Perdomo Guzmán to 4 years and 6 months in prison for drug trafficking.

The Prosecutor’s Office proved that the woman was involved in the sale of bazooka, cocaine hydrochloride and marijuana in her home and with home delivery, in the municipality of Yopal (Casanare).

The facts occurred in August 2022 when home searches were carried out in her property located in the Villa Vargas neighborhood and more than 630 grams of different psychoactive substances were found.

The defendant is a repeat offender, since she is also linked to the criminal group known as “La Décima” involved in the sale of hallucinogens, a link that she currently has with a restrictive measure of her freedom.
