A judge sent two men to prison as they were allegedly responsible for the crimes of aggravated homicide in conjunction with  manufacture,  aggravated possession of an firearm.

They are Diego Andrés Uzcátegui Apiayu and Gustavo Cacua Ramírez, who were arrested in flagrante delicto by National Police officers, after they allegedly committed the murder of a woman.

The facts took place on September 11, in a sector in La Guajira, where the victim was passing through the place and was unexpectedly approached by the defendants who allegedly shot him causing his death.

In the course of the proceeding, a firearm, ammunition and a motorcycle were seized

These people have criminal records for different crimes.
