At the request of the Prosecutor’s Office, a judge issued a prison sentence against Jerson Alexander Pabón, alias El Mico, for his alleged responsibility in the crimes of aggravated homicide and robbery.
The facts took place on June 27, in the Campestre neighborhood in the north area of Bucaramanga when Cesar Viancha Sánchez, 41, was wounded with a knife while he was drunk on a public road in order to steal two cell phones that he had in his possession.
The 31-year-old defendant who did not plead to the charges was arrested by virtue of a court order in a joint operation between members of the Technical Investigative Corps (CTI) and the National Police.
