The arrested people were charged with the crimes of conspiracy to commit a crime and trafficking, manufacturing or possession of drugs
The Attorney General’s Office prosecuted Jorge Alberto Orobio Rodríguez, Javier Kassing Arista Nautino and Llicelita Ochoa González, the last two Peruvian citizens, as allegedly responsible for the manufacture and sale of narcotics.
According to the investigation, the defendants allegedly used a motorcycle to distribute the drugs for home delivery, especially in Centro and Porvenir neighborhoods in Leticia Amazonas.
As a result of home searches, a motorcycle used to distribute the drugs was seized, as well as cell phones, simcards, and a microSD with information that is being analyzed by investigators.
A prosecutor belonging to the Sectional Office in Amazonas Section charged them defendants with criminal conspiracy to commit crimes and trafficking, manufacture or possession of narcotic substances. They did not plead guilty to charges.
Due to the conclusive evidence, the defendants were sent to prison.
